Each listed item in the Weebly menu has its own unique ID. Using your browser's inspection tools you can quickly find the ID code/number. For example:
Once you have the ID code you can create your own CSS to edit it in any way you wish. For example, I've rotated 'SECTION 3' in my menu 180 degrees with one line of CSS (with alternate rules for different browsers), and in the following lines I've change its color to orange, given it a white background, a solid black border 1 pixel wide, and rounded the corners of the border a 8px radius.
